Role
Research and development of on chip and off chip PHM sensor module to enhance the reliability prediction of the health state of the chip and board including the interconnects.
Evaluation of the newly developed sensor and sensor module in different polluted environments and their influence on lifetime. New technology and extended life of components and boards are revealing new end of life failure modes. ON Semiconductor will research these and add these in the PoF and lifetime models that will be developed together with the other Belgian partners.

- Reliability evaluation of PHM test chip and module for monitoring lifetime of the electronics of the fuel tank for hybrid cars.
