Role

TRT will Design, fabrication and characterization of high power RF MEMS on Si & SiC substrates. Develop coplanar high power RF MEMS and also Structural, DC & RF data sets for reliability analysis. TRT will Support all dissemination activities to guarantee internal and external publishing of the project results. TRT IS THE iRel40 WP1 (T1.2.1), WP 6 (T6.1.2 – task leader, 6.2.1) partner.
